"We have been with Lee Ann's office for over 20 years and have always received great customer service, competitive rates and suggestions for savings. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When we call, we are usually able to talk to someone. If we have to leave a message or we send an e-mail, we receive a response in a very timely manner. For example: This morning I left a voicemail regarding a document I needed. I received a call back within 5 minutes. The document was in my e-mail less than 5 minutes after that. That is the customer service we get. We are very happy with Lee Ann and her staff."

"I called every year at renewal time and asked to speak with my agent to see if there were any addtional discounts I might qualify for. I was never permitted to speak with my agent, just her assistant. Each year I was told there were no saving to be had. After four years, a new assistant advised I had been overpaying by having unnecessary coverage. Finally, after much insistence, I was able to speak with the agent, who apparently only works form 12-4pm, and she took zero ownership and said there was nothing they could do to make it right."
"I am sorry the response to this request was not what was hoped for. I called my Agency leader and explained the situation. He told me to send a written request to underwriting for a discount to be applied to his policy with and an earlier effective date. I submitted multiple requests and left a message for the client. I did not receive a response and State Farm did not adjust the premium. My office is open 8:30 am-5:30 pm and after hours customer service is available when we are closed. I have two licensed staff representatives and I am happy to set an appointment if a client wants to meet with me. We strive to provide the best customer service possible. "

"I have had very few claims over the last 20 years that I have been with this office/agent. I can call for help with a claim or about policies and pricing and 99% of the time I'll hang up the phone or walk out of the office with unanswered questions or no information other than an 800 number. I've called other agents for St Farm and received more help. I'll be changing agents asap."

"I have been with State Farm for auto insurance for 14 years. This is by far the worst office I have worked with. We’ve been with them for 4 years too long. Every time I called the office staff, they were rude and unhelpful. We recently were in a time crunch to switch insurance policies to a new car and were unable to get ahold of this office. I reached out to a different State Farm agent in the springs about switching. Upon working with them, communication was quick and efficient. They do annual reviews with each of their clients, something that has NEVER been done in our last 4 years. We’ve also learned that in our 4 years with this office, we have never received a 5% bundle discount which we qualified for. Also, we were paying for double uninsured insurance which in Colorado you only need 1 coverage for the uninsured insurance. So, essentially we were overpaying $45 each month for 4 years. So disappointed we didn’t go elsewhere sooner."

"My wife and I have been Lee Ann's clients for several years, and despite being in a couple of accidents, we have never heard from her directly. Stephanie has been the main reason why we kept our business there. In addition, this office failed to take our totalled car off the policy which led to being billed over $700 in additional premiums that we shouldn't have had on our billing statement."
